Returns & Exchanges

 
We do all we can to exchange or return items. If you’re not satisfied, please follow these next few steps. First, you must request a Return/Exchange Authorization Number. This request can be completed easily with the Return/Exchange Authorization Request Form below or over the phone with a customer service representative (866-755-4278). Your request must be completed within 30 days from the time your order was shipped. We do not accept any returns which have not received an exchange/return authorization number. All items returned must be in their original packaging, have the manufacturer tags and cannot be washed or worn. Boots cannot be worn or have any markings on the soles.
 
Closet Sale Items:
All Closet Sale items are final sale and non-returnable. We offer our incredible discounts because we do not keep any inventory after our sales end. Because of this, we cannot process returns. We do want you to be satisfied with your order and do not expect you to pay for a damaged product. If this is the case with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.

Situation 1:
 
If you are exchanging items for color or sizing changes and they are free from manufacturer defects and/or order processing mistakes you are eligible for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund equal to the merchandise cost. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. Your replacement items will be shipped to you via standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping will be an additional expense to you.
 
* We DO NOT accept exchanges/returns on washed, worn or items damaged after receipt.
 
Situation 2:
 
If you have received any items with manufacturer defects and/or order processing errors, you are eligible for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund equal to the merchandise cost. We are responsible for the return and replacement shipping charges. Your replacement items will be shipped according to the shipping method specified on the original order. Expedited shipping may be given in certain situations authorized under the discretion of Country Girl ® Store management.
