My Name is Ashlee Linton, I am born and raised in a small town in WV, I have always been a farm girl and a daddy'd girl even before I finally met my father at the age of 18. I love horses and some people have told me I have a gift when I work with them. I love the chickens, the baby pigs, bottle feeding calves, ducks, and i love to get down and dirty.. I don't mind wearing mudd on my clothes and go to the mall looking like that. I would much rather spend my time cleaning out stalls then being at the mall or shopping...

Why am I the perfect Country Girl? I love anything country and the outdoors. Anytime I can be outside...you bet I am. I never want to drive any other vehicle besides a pick-up truck. I love shootin guns, my bow, riding 4-wheelers, fishing, and wearing my cowboy boots. But I also love to dress up and wear my high heels... and a real country girl knows how to look good in anything ;)

Born south of the Mason Dixon line. My uncle and aunt were the ones who made me what I am at a early age. 5 yrs old to be exact. Aunt tempie said to my uncle while shopping at the wig wam, "Harvey this boy is gonna be my cowboy someday". She suited me in boots. A fine western shirt and a hat. Man o man. I felt like a full grown for a day. The path led me down the road of being a single male for years. Always admiring the cowboy ways. Deep down this is what I wanted so for years I took steps I thought would lead me in the direction of becoming a full grown country cowboy. I worked on a ranch for nothing more than room and board. Plus free meals and a pack of cigarettes a day. I started at 6am and the day was over at sundown. Eventually the boss gave me a rifle and a saddled horse as a bonus for a job well done. It was a hard life but i enjoyed every second of it. Well, except for the aching callus's and blisters I sometimes had from stringing barbed wire and setting fence posts. I have sold my saddle and all that remains is a true full blooded country boy at heart. I am 43 now and I have 2 very cute boys. Ages 3 and 5. Named them Nicholas and Wyatt. They have replaced the cowboy ways I once lived out and are the new lights of my life. The only thing I kept from my old life long dream were my boots, some pics and my Levis. I wear em everywhere I go when I'm not working. And I would wear them there if I could. Being country, well it's just the right way to live in my book.

I aspire to be all about the outdoors, cold mountain creek water and the sound of crickets at night. I represent good old fashioned resilency, faith in God and the world always seeing the positive side of a good time. I love country music and find myself letting the world lead me to all the hopeful visions every cowgirl has for herself, no matter how old I get. I am young at heart and soul, always.

My friends all call me a redneck, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love the south, and think that for being in Massachusetts, I'm about as country as they come. Vote for me!

I was born and raised on a farm in southern Indiana and I've been on the back of a quarter horse since i could walk. I grew up stripping tobacco by hand, baling hay, working the farm, and tending to around 40 head of cattle. I LOVE to bowhunt and enjoy my time alone in the woods very much. I like fishing, riding quads, and those quiet nights under the stars around a campfire =) Barrel racing is my passion! Any kind of contesting event really gets the adrenaline going.* And who doesn't love a Country Girl who drives a CUMMINS!

I own more pocket knives than kitchen knives. I've skinned and butchered almost everything. I'M 100% BORN AND RAISED COWGIRL!

Well I have to say that I think me and my sis are the perfect country girls! Raised on a 400 acre farm and now singing country music as a career we sure do know a thing about country. We're tom boys that ride dirt bikes and drive tractors but we also love the way were raised to cook and raise a large close family. Sundays were always when the entire fam would come to the farm and all the ladies would cook a giant home cooked meal while the men fished, hunted or farmed. From pickin sweet yellow cherries to baling hay...we always had our hands dirty! Some of our fav things to do other than write and sing country music is to ride 4-wheelers, have a cold one with friends around a fire, truck pulls and dirt racin! Our band name is Polly Mae after our wonderful Grandma who raised us as COUNTRY GIRLS!!!

I think I am a good candidate for the country girl, because I enjoy anything country. Whether its riding horses, drivin trucks or sittin around a nice bonfire enjoying friends and family. Im a small town girl, with big dreams. I break and train horses, and run a small farm. I have a huge passion for diesel trucks as well. I work hard for what i want in life, and i pride myself in my work. In my opinion a country girl is one who does what is needed, regaurdless of how long or hard the work may be. Im there for my friends, family and clients at the drop of a hat. I enjoy meeting new folks and helping them if i can.

I believe I'm the perfect country girl because its how I was raised. Although I don't live on a farm, I want one someday real bad. Horses and country music is my passion. I love being outside and I'm always up for a job that involves getting dirty. I'm always trying to set an example of hard work, honesty, and commitment. I still live by the goog ol' american way were God, family, and the animals are my top priority. I work on a farm and I love spending my time rabbit hunting with my daddy. Also I spend time taking care of all my ducks, chickens, and dogs. I'm not afriad of getting dirty and I put all the boys to shame when driving four-wheelers. And I also love going to the dirt track to watch the races on the weekend. I love my life and what I stand for and I wouldn't ever choose to be anything but a country girl.

I can change oil and flat tires. I stopped and helped a guy change his tire because he couldn't do it in his suit and tie. Fishing at the lake and mudding on four wheelers is my idea of a good time. Of course, it wouldn't be the same without horseshoes and beer. I love jacked up Fords and the rodeo every single year. One of my favorite things to do is ride that mechanical bull at the bars. I was born a city girl but moved to the country about 6 years ago. Move back into the city but I will be back in the county real soon. I am a country girl I am sweet but have a strong side. I retain all the charm and gentility of an old-fashioned gal, and mind their manners. I am also bubbly, bright, strong-willed, funny, and down-to-earth I sure can keep one happy if their blue. Crack a funny joke every now and then! I would consider myself full of fun and I love goofin' around, especially if I m around sand, water and a sunset with a few beach chairs. I can be daring at times. But I also can be strong-willed when I need to be. I remain loyal to my roots and never strays far from home emotionally, even if I moved to Ohio. I keep in close contact with siblings, parents and grandparents. You can take me out out of the country but you cant take the country out of me!

Being "country" isn't a stereotype, or something you do for fun. It's a lifestyle. Being proud of who you are, and where you are from. Yeh, I might "talk funny" say "yes ma'am" and "y'all" but that's who I am. Three things I love to death are my Jesus, my Family, and my Country. I enjoy bon fires, mud riding, fishing, hunting, shooting guns with my daddy, and swimming in the creek. I also am proud to say I love the rebel flag, and no that doesn't make me racist either. It means I'm proud of where I'm from, and I'm not gonna let people take away my rights. Like my second amendment! Country music speaks to me the best, and is more than sad and depressing music. I don't have to live on a farm, be raised in the middle of nowhere, or wear boots all the time to prove that I'm a good ole' country girl. It's not how you look, or dress, it's how you live.

Well I have typed this out, deleted it, typed it out again then preceded to delete it and here I am again typing it out. I'm not going to sit here and tell you why I think I'm the perfect country girl by defining the "country" stereotype. I mean ya I wear my Boulet boots and my Silverado buckle everywhere I go, and I listen to country every day of my life and refuse to listen to Rap, and ya I drive a big diesel Chev truck (bigger than my boyfriends truck) and yeah I'll take a four wheel drive and throw it in the mud and burn the clutch out of it, and ya sure I'll launch my snowmobile off jumps with my bestfriend and get stuck past the wheel wells in mud on atvs. Though I feel as if the perfect country girl should be strong to her roots, and proud of who she is and shouldn't be afraid to show it no matter what and thats who I am. I am a very strong willed, assertive person, with goals mile high, I don't let anyone tell me ! what to do and I most certainly strong to my roots and where I come from. Growing up on 700 acres of land in Northern Ontario, Canada is mighty awesome, I was born in the city and moved up north where there I grew a love and fascination with motors I guess you wouldn't call me a normal girl considering my dad comes to me when he needs help or has questions about his diesel truck. Wether it's a diesel truck, 4 banger toyota, 2stroke dirtbike, 500cc atv, 600cc snowmobile, a pull truck, a racable lawnmower - I love it. I don't expect myself to be titled County Girl's "Country Girl of the Month", nor does it really matter really? I mean... when It comes down to it, every single one of the girls and guys who have entered to win on this website are Country no matter what, each in their different ways and these are the kinda people I love and get a long with. I'll stop typing now. -xo Chels.

I have always been a country girl. All of my other friends enjoy shopping, gossiping, and eating out on the weekends, whereas I am always at my farm land my family owns deer hunting, fishing, driving tractors, plowing, and skeet shooting. Most people would tell you when they think of me they think of country. From my love of tractors, my collection of cowgirl hats and boots, and my country themed room I am truly a country girl all the way.

I am Country born and bred! I was born and raised in the Bluegrass (Kentucky). I have four older brothers, so I was always a bit of a Tomboy. However, I grew up, but guess what? That didn't change a thing, as I am still a bit of a Tomboy, haha. I love to dance, hunt (deer and turkey) and fish (catfish). I do clean my own kill (and anyone else's that will let me. I'm the kind of girl that will get up at 4:00 a.m., slip into her camo and spend all day in her treestand with her Marlin .30-.30 watchng for the "Big One" to come her way. Then, at the end of the day, grab a hot shower and slip into something short and sexy for whatever the night brings my way! So, if you're looking for a TRUE Country Girl, look no farther - I am right here!

I absoluetly love to hunt, shoot and fish! Other people might say they love it, but I do it. The morning of my senior prom I was turkey hunting and shot a gobbler 61 yards away, then went to prom in my Chevy truck, Tony Lama boots and my Mossy Oak Break Up dress. Can't really fake that. My horses hold a place close to my heart, where you see my boot print, you'll find thier hoof print next to it. That's why I believe I am the perfect Country Girl:)

Im not going to say im perfect, but I am a country girl. I was raised in Colorado, but with a southern manner. Ive always has been a girl for the outdoors. Hunting is my Passion. My boots stay on my feet no matter what. I love to get down into the mud. Im not afraid to get dirty. Trucks, Four wheelers, and guns are a country girl s best Friend. I love to go out into the hills, get a bon fire goin, and some loud ol Country Music, and get tailgate Dancin. I have Pride, and I am 100% American. In August ill be enlisted into the US Army. Any Southern Raised, Needs Pride, Passion, Desire, a hard workin hand, a little mud, and needs to be patriotic for this great place we live in. can I get a Hell Yeah ?

I'm the prefect country girl because I love the country life! I have grown up on a pig farm all my life in the small town of Liberal, Missouri. There's only about 500 people in my town and when you hit a traffic jam it's usually a tractor with two cars behind it. I also think i'd be a good fit for the country girl because I love riding dirt bikes, four Wheeler's, fishing, hunting, mudding, and working on cars.

I was raised in a town of less than 600 (is now in the 400s) I'm a farmers grand daughter, and I am a barrel racer, and I love living in the country and when I finally graduate college I plan on getting a job where I can live in a small town or in the country while working.

Definition of a Country Girl: Tough, fun, hardworking, ain't afraid to get dirty, baits her own hook (and takes the fish off the line herself), honest, learned how to fire a gun (shotgun and pistol) by the time she's five, can stand toe to toe with anyone who gets in her way, walks barefoot on hot gravel and doesn't even flinch, ain't ashamed to drink from a can, doesn't need a chaser with her whiskey, forever loyal to her friends, does anything for family, and asks God for help before she goes to anyone else. Being a "country girl" isn't about the clothing, trucks, rebel flags, or things you do. It's a way of life. You can't buy country at the mall. It's getting up everyday before the sun and taking care of the animals. It's providing crops to feed the world, it's the passion for a life in the country. There's nothing that can replace that feeling.

I am the perfect country girl because I may live in California, but I live in CENTRAL California, on a ranch, with a shooting range in my backyard, with cows that need to be taken care of, outside city limits, where boots are required to be worn to get through the day. I'm here to prove to the world that California isn't full of barbie dolls! :)

I live on a Hoosier Homestead farm, it's where my heart is. Ain't nothin better than sittin around with my family and the ones I love. I grew up where I could see the stars perfectly every night. Growin up, sweet tea was like water, it was always there. Ain't nothin better than this kind of lifestyle.

I'm a down to earth, all around awesome girl. I love getting down and dirty in the mud. I'd choose fishing over shopping. All the music on my iPod is country. I own more boots than heels. My favorite color is camo.

What makes me the perfect country girl is I know how to get down and dirty on the farm with the boys. I love to go muddin, hunt and fish, have late night bonfires, ride horses, and drive my truck down some ol' back roads. I live in a small town where everyone knows my name, for good and bad reasons. Like Brantley Gilbert says, "country must be country wide". I'm a northern rasied, with southern ways kinda girl.
